DANNY FORSTER is an award-winning architect, Emmy-winning producer and television host, documentary filmmaker, and visiting professor at Harvard and Syracuse universities. For five seasons, he hosted and produced Discovery's Build It Bigger; he is currently producing and hosting the second season of How China Works and starring in A&E's new architecture series Prefab Nation.
Danny founded the architecture firm Danny Forster & Architecture, a New York firm responsible for a range of iconic projects, including hotel towers at the World Trade Center and in the heart of the groundbreaking Hudson Yards development; the tallest modular hotel on earth at New York City; and a 5-star resort on the island of Nevis featuring the world's first luxury modular design. DF&A was selected to create a new prototype and brand standards for Marriott Hotels' ALOFT, and to design and oversee the construction of mega-high-end residences for Peter Jackson and Taylor Swift.
As a sought-after public speaker, Danny takes his passion for the built environment and his gift for explicating architectural concepts all over the world, from the TED stage to the AVEVA World Summit in Dubai.
